Open Access Fund
The Universität Hamburg (UHH) and the State and University Library (SUB) have jointly established a fund to support open access publication fees, the UHH Open Access Fund (UHH-OAF). The UHH-OAF is endowed with 300,000€, 1/3 of which is reserved for Gold Open Access publications under the DEAL contracts.
Funding is available for Article Processing Charges (APC) for journal articles and books/monographs by members of UHH that meet the UHH-OAF funding criteria listed on this page.
The publications (metadata and full texts) are automatically recorded in the RIS of the UHH and published on UHH websites and transferred to the long-term archiving of the SUB.
Please use the opportunity to raise funds for publication costs in project proposals! All funding organisations offer corresponding support.
